RETURN POLICIES
Personalized or special order items are
not returnable, including favors, gift baskets, printed
ribbons/tags, and invitations. The following special occasion items are not
returnable: baptism clothing, towel and lathopana sets, and
stefana. Returnable items may be returned within 15 days of original
order date in original condition with original packaging. All
items must be pre-authorized before returning them to Enthimia. Email
Enthimia at
returns@enthimia.com to
request return authorization and to receive proper return shipping address.
Refunds on authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee off the original sale price less shipping.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and
for your protection, we suggest that you send the package insured.
