RETURN POLICIES
Personalized or special order items are not returnable,
including favors, gift baskets, printed ribbons/tags, and invitations.
Also, the following special occasion items are not returnable:
baptism clothing and their accessories, towel and lathopana sets,
stefana and candles.
Returnable items may be returned within 15 days of original order
date in original condition with original packaging. All items
must be pre-authorized before returning them to Enthimia.com.

to request return authorization and to receive proper return shipping
address.
No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization.
Refunds on authorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee off the original sale price less shipping.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping,
and for your protection, we suggest that you send the package insured.
Claims: All merchandise is checked and packed carefully
before shipping. Any claims regarding damage are to be made
against the shipping carrier and not Enthimia.com nor Enthimia The
Wedding & Baptism Store. Also read our Shipping policies.
