SHIPPING POLICIES
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties or other fees associated
with shipment. All items are shipped via UPS. The rate calculator at checkout
will offer a choice of services and rates.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing
your order prior to shipping, unless otherwise noted. To
calculate your expected delivery date, combine the processing and
shipping times. Expect 3-8 business days for Standard Ground Service
shipping time. It is the customer's responsibility to plan for
sufficient delivery time before their event.
If your package arrives damaged, you must
file a claim with UPS yourself. Enthimia is not responsible
for damage incurred during shipping. Contact
www.ups.com to file a claim.
You will need the original tracking number found on your receipt and
the original packaging for UPS to inspect.
A fee will be surcharged on your order if a
package is returned or rerouted due to an incorrect or invalid
address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to
accept delivery of the package.
